The Habit Shift
A 10-Week Guided Coaching Experience
***Beginning January 19, 2026!
The new year is a natural moment to pause, reflect and move forward with intention. This January is not about starting over, chasing the perfect reset, or tackling everything at once. It’s about realizing meaningful change by building consistent habits and understanding. It’s about leveling up your patterns with clarity, confidence, and community.
Program Philosophy
You don’t need more willpower—you need better patterns. The Habit Shift teaches community members how habits are formed, why old patterns persist, and how to intentionally replace them with behaviors that support energy, strength, and wellbeing in this season of life.
Rather than “doing everything,” members learn to:
• Focus on one wellness domain at a time
• Build skills for habit change, not just motivation
• Practice consistency without perfection
Program Pillars
Pillar 1: Awareness — Identify the Pattern
Members learn the social science behind how habits actually work and uncover the hidden patterns driving their current outcomes. Members learn how to examine their own habit loops, triggers, and barriers to habit change.
Pillar 2: Intention — Choose the Right Shift
Members intentionally select one high-impact habit in one wellness domain of personal interest that will create the greatest ripple effect. Members learn how to align habits with real life, not ideal life.
Pillar 3: Design — Build the Habit to Fit Your Life
Instead of forcing discipline, members learn to design habits that work with their routines, energy, and nervous system. Top habit-shift techniques are coached to support members in aligning their approach with their own life.
Pillar 4: Action — Practice the New Pattern
Members implement their habit with support, tracking, and reflection—not perfection. Members learn to work through barriers and address mindset factors that impact progress.
Pillar 5: Integration — Lock in the Shift
Members reflect, refine, and learn how to repeat the process with future habits. Members finish the program with a clear, repeatable habit-building skill set to last a lifetime.

• Weekly video lessons, with supporting resources
• Weekly action steps
• Access to a program cohort community on Facebook
• Access to community check-ins and/or coaching calls
• Habit trackers, reflection prompts, and tools to support change work
• Additional coaching guidance via FB community & email
