· Accountability: We’ll approach this in a way that feels good for you.  Whether you thrive off of gentle challenges or tough love, I’ve got you.

· Goal Setting & Progress Monitoring: Together, we will set measurable goals and track your progress with metrics that are meaningful to you.  Whether it’s the number on the scale, the way your favorite jeans fit, or the number of plates on the barbell- we can measure it so you can see your growth over time.

· The Softer Side: Change can be tough.  Not only will I challenge you, but I will motivate, encourage, and emotionally support you on your change journey.  You’ve got an (unofficial) therapist in your corner.

Virtual Services

Virtual Nutrition Coaching

· Initial 1-hr 1:1 Coaching Call- We’ll deep dive into your wellness history, lifestyle factors, and unique goals to set us on the best course of action.

· Bi-weekly 30 minute 1:1 coaching calls- We’ll review what’s going well and what needs adjustment, track progress, and choose next steps.

· Collaborative nutrition planning- We’ll strengthen your understanding of how to fuel your body with foods that you enjoy, without restriction, and that move you toward your wellness goals.

· Personalized supports- This looks like whatever will serve you best where you are! Ranging from adopting foundational healthy habits, meal planning support, food prep tips, grocery shopping tools, weekly meal ideas or recipes, or setting and adjusting customized macros to reach your goals.

Virtual Training

· Initial 1-hr 1:1 Coaching Call- We’ll deep dive into your training history, lifestyle factors and unique goals to set us on the best course of action.

· Virtual Movement Assessment- We’ll take a look at how your body currently prefers to move to help us identify movement patterns to target to keep you safe, pain-free, and reduce risk of injury.

· Bi-weekly 30-minute 1:1 Coaching Calls- We’ll check in on how your program is feeling, answer questions, and identify any areas needing adjustment.

· Custom Training Program Design- You’ll get personalized, comprehensive, and progressive training programs with a balanced focus on strength, conditioning, power, and mobility- tailored to your goals, abilities, schedule, and preferences.

Combination- Training & Nutrition

Includes ALL elements from Virtual Nutrition & Virtual Training packages.

*Bi-weekly 30-minute Coaching Calls are addressed together in 45-60 minutes bi-weekly.

In-Person Services

Training- In Client’s Home

· Initial 1-hr Consultation and Movement Assessment- We’ll deep dive into your training history, lifestyle factors and unique goals to set us on the best course of action.  We’ll take a look at how your body currently prefers to move to help us identify movement patterns to target to keep you safe, pain-free, and reduce risk of injury.

· 60-minute 1:1 Training Sessions at Home- Customized training experiences with real-time feedback, guidance, and encouragement.  Each session focuses on proper form, smart progression, and training with purpose.’ (Choose 1 or 2 sessions per week)

· Custom Training Program Design- You’ll get personalized, comprehensive, and progressive training programs with a balanced focus on strength, conditioning, power, and mobility- tailored to your goals, abilities, schedule, and preferences. Additional workouts will be programmed for you to do independently.

*This service is available to clients within 20-minute driving distance from Finksburg, MD.

Training- In Studio

· Initial Consultation and Movement Assessment- We’ll deep dive into your training history, lifestyle factors and unique goals to set us on the best course of action.  We’ll take a look at how your body currently prefers to move to help us identify movement patterns to target to keep you safe, pain-free, and reduce risk of injury.

· 60-minute 1:1 Training Sessions- Customized training experiences with real-time feedback, guidance, and encouragement.  Each session focuses on proper form, smart progression, and training with purpose.’ (Choose between 1-3 sessions per week)

· Custom Training Program Design- You’ll get personalized, comprehensive, and progressive training programs with a balanced focus on strength, conditioning, power, and mobility- tailored to your goals, abilities, schedule, and preferences.  Additional workouts will be programmed for you to do independently.

*Personal Training sessions are held at MadLab Performance in Eldersburg, MD!

Combination- Training & Nutrition

Nutrition Coaching Services can be added on to either In-Person Training package.
